Golf in Costa Rica
Golfing in Costa Rica is possible at several major championship courses. It is a good reason to travel to Costa Rica. The golf courses are as follows:
- Four Seasons golf club at the Papagayo Peninsula designed by Arnold Palmer in 2004 with 6,788 of yardage at par 72.
- Hacienda Pinilla golf course in Guanacaste designed by Mike Young is a 7,300-yard par 72 course.
- Los Delfines golf club is located in Playa Tambor, Nicoya and offers 6,144 yards and does not have a slope rating at the moment.
- Paradisus Playa Conchal in Nicoya offers a 18-hole par 71 course designed by Robert Trent Jones II.
- Marriott Los Suenos in Playa Herradura on the Central Pacific coast offers a 18-hole championship golf course.
